Asia Argento, born in Rome to a family which includes actors and directors, worked in both areas. When she was nine, Asia Argento was first seen in her debut film Sergio Cittis Sogni e bisogni. In 2001, following the directing of several music videos the actress gave birth to her first child, Anna Lou. In 2002, she appeared in The Red Siren directed by Olivier Megaton and starred alongside Jean-Marc Barr. Rob Cohen also directed the action-packed thriller featuring Vin Diesel. Asia is also the author of a number of short stories which have been published in some of the most prestigious magazines.
